License terms

A Regular license lets you use one product in one end product, for yourself or for one client. You may charge that client for your work. The end product must not require your users to pay to access it.

You may modify the source however you like, and you do not need to credit us anywhere.

An Extended license covers one end product where your end users pay to access it — a paid SaaS, a paid mobile app, a membership site. Everything a Regular license allows is included, plus a priority support queue.

A single website, application or deliverable. A marketing site and its separate admin dashboard, both for the same business, count as one end product. Two unrelated client projects are two end products and need two licenses.

• Resell or redistribute the source code, as-is or reskinned
• Include the source in another template, theme, starter kit or component library
• Sublicense, rent or lease the source to a third party
• Claim authorship of the design or the code itself

Updates are free for as long as the product exists, including framework upgrades, new sections and bug fixes. They never expire and never require reactivation.

Support covers installation, documented features and bugs in our code. It does not cover your custom modifications, third-party services or general framework tuition.

A Regular license includes 6 months of support; an Extended license includes 12. Support can be extended at any time.

We refund within 14 days if a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you. Because you receive the complete source immediately on purchase, we will ask what went wrong first — most refund requests turn out to be a setup issue we can solve in an hour.

We cannot refund a purchase made by mistake once the files have been downloaded.

We store the minimum needed to sell and support software: your email address, your purchase history, and any support messages you send us. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store card details.

We do not sell customer data, and we do not send marketing email unless you subscribe to it.

By purchasing, you agree to the license terms above. We may update these terms for future purchases, but the terms you bought under continue to apply to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Where a translation of this page differs from the English version, the English version applies.
