Terms of purchase

Every purchase is the complete source code of that product: nothing minified, nothing obfuscated, no licence server to phone home to. It is the same repository we develop with, plus the design file, the documentation and the deployment configuration.

One payment, one download, no subscription and no reactivation.

Use it in as many projects as you like — your own products, client work, internal tools, commercial or not. Charge your clients whatever you want. Build a paid SaaS on it and keep every cent.

You may modify the source however you like, and you do not need to credit us anywhere.

You are buying the right to build with the source, not to resell the source itself. So:

• Don't resell or redistribute the source code, as-is or reskinned
• Don't include it in another template, theme, starter kit or component library
• Don't publish it to a public repository, or otherwise give it away
• Don't claim authorship of the design or the code itself

Anything you build with it is entirely yours, including the right to sell it.

Updates are free for as long as the product exists, including framework upgrades, new sections and bug fixes. They never expire and never require reactivation.

Support covers installation, documented features and bugs in our code. It does not cover your custom modifications, third-party services or general framework tuition.

Six months of support is included with every purchase, and can be extended at any time.

We refund within 14 days if a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you. Because you receive the complete source immediately on purchase, we will ask what went wrong first — most refund requests turn out to be a setup issue we can solve in an hour.

We cannot refund a purchase made by mistake once the files have been downloaded.

We store the minimum needed to sell and support software: your email address, your purchase history, and any support messages you send us. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store card details.

We do not sell customer data, and we do not send marketing email unless you subscribe to it.

By purchasing, you agree to the terms above. We may update these terms for future purchases, but the terms you bought under continue to apply to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Where a translation of this page differs from the English version, the English version applies.
