Online shop design that takes the order without a phone call

Product catalogue, cart, order form and a notification that lands in your Zalo the second somebody buys. COD and bank transfer included.

From ₫18,000,000Live in 10 working days

Why this works

  • COD and VietQR, both

Cash on delivery as the default path and a transfer QR with the amount and reference pre-filled, so reconciling takes seconds.

  • Orders land in Zalo

Name, phone, address and items, the moment the order is placed. You call back while the customer is still deciding.

  • Sold out stays indexed

An out-of-stock product shows as unavailable instead of vanishing, so the page keeps the ranking it earned.

Selling in Vietnam is not selling elsewhere

Most e-commerce platforms are designed for a market where the customer taps a card and waits three days. It does not work like that here, and a shop that ignores the difference ends up with a beautiful cart nobody uses.

COD is still the default. In many trades more than half of orders are cash on delivery. The checkout has to treat that as the normal path, not as an option at the bottom of a list.

Bank transfer by QR, not a payment gateway. Customers scan a VietQR code in their banking app. We generate the code with the exact amount and reference already filled in, so you can reconcile without asking anyone what time they sent it.

Orders have to reach Zalo. Nobody sits watching an admin panel. An order means a message, with the name, phone number, address and the items — enough to call and confirm straight away.

Most customers will not make an account. Requiring registration before purchase loses orders. Guest checkout is the default.

Managing stock

The admin is built for somebody who sells things, not for a developer. Adding a product is a name, a price, photos, a description and a stock count. Out of stock is a toggle, and the product then reads "temporarily unavailable" rather than disappearing — because a product that disappears is a page removed from Google.

Products with variants (size, colour) are managed per variant, each with its own stock.

The SEO part of a shop

This is where most shop sites go wrong. Every product needs its own URL, its own title, and Product structured data declaring the real price and availability — that is what makes a search result show a price and a rating rather than a plain blue line.

Category pages need real content too, not just a grid of photos. "Men's running shoes" is a phrase people search; an empty category page cannot answer it.

How it runs

  1. Tell us what the business does

One call or one Zalo message. What you sell, who buys it, and what you want the site to make happen. No brief template to fill in.

  2. You get a fixed quote and a date

Scope, price and launch date in writing, within one working day. If we cannot hold the date we say so then, not two weeks in.

  3. We build it on a live URL

You watch it come together at a link you can open any time, and comment on what you see instead of on a description of it.

  4. It goes live on your domain

Domain, hosting, HTTPS, Google Search Console and Analytics wired up. You get every login on the day of handover.

  5. Thirty days of fixes, free

Anything broken or wrong in the first month is ours to fix at no charge. After that there is a care plan, and it is optional.

What you get
